We are Carole and Cyril, 33 years old, lovers of travel and nature, accompanied by our 2 little scoundrels aged 2 and a half, Lucie and Sacha.
Do you know Pianottoli-Caldarello in the wild south of Corsica ? Close to nature, far from the hustle and bustle of towns and tourist spots, this typically Corsican village benefits from an incredible wild coastline that is relatively unknown to tourists.
Our favorites: the beach of Saint Jean with its Genoese tower but also the beaches of San Giovanni and Chevanu with their rocks carved by the wind. Add white sand, clear shallow water, and you are in paradise for families looking for serenity and authenticity with young children. For older children, the seabed is ideal for long and rich aquatic hikes. Rather trendy hiking? We highly recommend the Bruzzi trail to admire the unspoiled wild coast and enjoy completely deserted heavenly beaches.
For accommodation, head to the Terra di Sole area ! Sylvie and Dominique offer wonderful lodgings surrounded by vegetation and perfect for families. The heated swimming pool is a real asset for relaxing and having fun. In addition, a complete baby pack and all-terrain car rental are available on request.

We are Chloé and Romain, travel bloggers since 2015 and traveling parents since 2018. After traveling the planet together during a one-year world tour, we continue to travel today with our two daughters, Elia (2 years) and Lilac (6 months).
Last summer, we discovered a magnificent corner of France that lends itself particularly well to family travel : Lozère ! Very sparsely populated, this department is a beautiful natural destination which offers varied, surprising activities accessible to all ages. We particularly enjoyed discovering the Tarn gorges through a descent in the company of the boatmen. A peaceful moment along the water!
Elia also really enjoyed seeing the region’s emblematic wild animals in the Gevaudan Wolf Park and the European Bison Reserve .
Finally, Lozère is also a destination rich in forests for lovers of hiking and small charming villages like that of Sainte-Énimie for walks in the shade of medieval streets.
To sleep, I recommend the Domaine de la Vialette in La Canourgue. It is a haven of peace surrounded by greenery. Special mention for the spa. The three of us (plus Lilac in Chloé’s belly) had an unforgettable time, splashing around in the hot outdoor bath with a view of the estate. In short, we have really great memories of our few days in Lozère as a family!
3/ The Virgin Island (Brittany): Trotteurs Addict’s little corner of paradise

We are Emmanuelle and Charles, travel enthusiasts and lovers of our region, Brittany . It is now with our little boy of 3 years that we go on the road.
If there is one place where you feel out of place, it is Finistère . We love this little part of the world where the landscapes are sublime and wild. But the place worthy of a postcard and which remains our favorite is the Virgin Island . In fact, it is not exactly an island, but a magnificent pebble cove surrounded by cliffs and bordered by emerald water. To find it, head to the Crozon peninsula . Simply take the customs officers’ path from the village of Saint-Hernot (allow 20 minutes – for a longer walk, you can leave from the charming coastal village of Morgat ). Pine trees, a wild coast, a sea as far as the eye can see and this blue… Once you arrive at the top of the cove, the panorama is exceptional! It can also be accessed by water by canoe. On site, there is sure to be an activity that everyone will enjoy and the children will love playing hide and seek under the cave.
In short, it feels like you’re in the coves of the south of France, but it’s truly a little Breton paradise!
4/ The Alpes Maritimes: the little secret corners of Voyages de Tao

We are Magali and Julien, happy parents of 7 year old Tao. We live in Nice in the Alpes Maritimes . Our region is full of wonders and there are many things to do as a family . We are lucky to live close to the sea but also to have the mountains not far from there: our playground is very big!
On the sea side, we love walking along the coastal paths, with our favorite being that of St Jean Cap Ferrat . For a hike “in the shoes of an explorer”, we recommend the Vallon Obscur du Donareo : a change of scenery guaranteed but remember to wear walking shoes.
As for indoor activities, we love the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco as well as the “Perfume Creation” workshops for children at the Molinard perfumery in Grasse .
On the city side, Old Nice with its pretty colorful facades remains a must, as do its socca (a specialty made from chickpea flour). Then, you have to climb the castle hill (but there is no castle ;)) to see the pretty waterfall and the magnificent view of the Promenade des Anglais. Tao loves the beautiful outdoor play park!
Finally, on the mountain side, the Boréon valley , located just 1 hour from Nice, is very nice: you can admire the wolves at Parc Alpha , or have a picnic by the river or Lake Boréon.
And for sleeping, the unusual accommodation in the trees La Cabane des Pins Sylvestres promises a magical night!
5/ The little corners of paradise in Ardèche from Beaux Lents Demains

Family of bloggers since 2016, we like to take the time to travel in a slowlife spirit. Great lovers of Ardèche , we go there regularly as a family and each time we are disorientated by the beauty of its natural sites and its small villages full of charm!
For family walks, we love the Bois de Païolive and the Corniches circuit . A mysterious and fascinating place where rocks become sculptures with dizzying views of the Chassezac Gorges .
Still around Les Vans , we invite you to discover the medieval village of Naves which is located at the foot of the Cévennes . Further east, also follow the Route des Belvédères which offers exceptional views of the Gorges de l’Ardèche and the famous Pont d’Arc . Less known but just as beautiful, you will be surprised by the beauty of the village of Saint-Montan with the added bonus of an exceptional view of the Rhône valley .
Otherwise, to combine swimming and village discovery, don’t miss the villages of Labeaume and Balazuc . You can also eat an ice cream on the terrace with a view of the river. Your children will love it!
Finally, a few minutes from Balazuc, take a stroll to the Cirque des Gens which offers one of the most beautiful views of the Gorges de l’Ardèche .
As for accommodation , we recommend the Domaine de Briange in Saint-Remèze . A true haven of peace and an activist structure classified as “Green Key” in accordance with our values. Otherwise the campsite “le Coin Charmant” in Chauzon is good too!
